These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the PostPop website and app ("Service") for designing and shipping postcards. By using our Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Use of Service

• You must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or guardian to use the Service.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account or placing an order.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

2. User Content & Uploaded Images

• You may upload images and content to design postcards. You must have all necessary rights and permissions to use any content you upload.
• You may not upload content that is unlawful, offensive, infringing, or violates the rights of others.
• We reserve the right to remove or refuse any content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

3. Orders, Printing, and Delivery

• Postcards are printed and delivered by Lob, a third-party service provider. By placing an order, you consent to your information (including images and mailing addresses) being shared with Lob for the purpose of fulfilling your order.
• We are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by third-party providers.
• All sales are final unless otherwise required by law.

4. Prohibited Conduct

• You may not use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to harass, abuse, or harm others.
• You may not attempt to interfere with the security or integrity of the Service.
• Any violation may result in termination of your access to the Service.

5. Intellectual Property

• All content and software provided by PostPop is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by copyright and other laws.
• You retain rights to content you upload, but grant us a license to use it as necessary to provide the Service.

6. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect, use, and share your information.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
